Welcome to Spaces Tool - Web Workspace (the “app”). The app is provided by the developer/seller identified on its App Store listing (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app, why it is needed, and the choices available to you.
The app primarily processes information on your device. It does not require a developer account or upload your library or authenticator secrets to a developer server. Websites, Apple, and file or email services you choose handle relevant information under their own policies.
We handle information only as needed to provide the functions you choose, respond to your requests, and meet legal obligations:
The current version has no advertising, behavioral analytics, or tracking SDKs, and does not use your local content to build advertising profiles.
Relevant system capabilities are used only when needed. Permissions that require authorization are requested through system prompts. You can deny access or change it in iOS Settings; this generally affects only the related function.
Websites, network icons, and App Store transactions require a network connection. Local functions such as generating codes do not require a continuous connection.
When you visit a website, your device connects directly to that website and the services it uses. They may receive your IP address, browser information, request time, and accounts or content you submit, and may use cookies. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies. Separate sessions do not make browsing anonymous or prevent identification by account, IP address, or other means.
The app prefers bundled website icons. Where none is available, it may request an icon from the relevant website when displaying a URL. That request exposes normal network connection information to the website, but does not include cookies from your spaces or use a third-party icon aggregation service.
Apple handles App Store payments, purchase restoration, and refunds. The app verifies purchases through Apple’s system services without sending transaction evidence to a developer server. Apple may also provide developers with sales or diagnostic reports under its platform rules. System diagnostic sharing is controlled by your Apple settings.
For Apple’s handling of information, see its privacy policy.
The library and authenticator secrets are encrypted separately on your device. Protection keys are managed by the iOS Keychain and bound to the device. Website session data is stored by the system web component. The app does not offer developer-hosted library storage or automatic cloud synchronization. Its core library and authenticator databases are excluded from automatic system backups; do not rely on system backups to transfer them.
We use encryption, system data protection, and access controls appropriate to the functions provided. Protect your device and backup passwords, and enable App Lock where needed. No safeguard removes every risk. If a personal-information security incident requires notification by law, we will take appropriate action and meet applicable notification and reporting requirements.
Library backups contain space settings, bookmarks, groups, shortcuts, visits, and preferences, but exclude website cookies, sign-ins, authenticator secrets, and Pro purchase entitlements. Authenticator backups are exported separately in encrypted form and contain account information and setup keys. You choose a password and destination for each backup. We cannot recover export passwords.
iCloud Drive or another file service you select may store or synchronize your exported encrypted files under its own policy. Restoring Pro restores purchase access only, not local content or website sign-ins.
When you choose to copy a code, it is placed on this device’s clipboard with an expiry and is not synchronized through Universal Clipboard. When you share a link or feedback, the system share sheet passes the selected content to the app you choose. Review it before sending and remove passwords, secrets, codes, and other unnecessary private information.
We do not sell or rent personal information or use your library or authenticator secrets for advertising. Support information you send is used only as needed to handle your request. Email delivery and storage also involve the email providers used by you and us.
We do not disclose support information to others except at your request or with your authorization, as necessary to deliver the requested service, or as required by law. If a change of operator involves transferring that information, we will provide legally required notice and require the recipient to maintain appropriate protection, obtaining additional consent where required.
Local content stays on the device you use. Foreign websites, Apple, or file and email services you choose may process information across regions under their own policies. We do not centrally collect and transfer your local library abroad through a developer server.
Local records generally remain until you delete or clear them. You can view, edit, or delete records, clear visits, and manage website data on the relevant pages, or use Me → Security & privacy → Erase all local data to clear the library, authenticator data, and website data. Clearing website cache or deleting a space does not delete codes. Deleting a code does not disable two-step verification on its website.
There is no developer registration account to close. You can obtain local copies through encrypted exports, change permissions in iOS Settings, or stop using a function. Exported or shared files must be deleted separately at their destinations. Uninstalling can cause data loss and does not guarantee removal of all Keychain items or external backups. Local erasure does not delete Apple’s transaction records.
Support information is kept only as long as needed to resolve the issue, perform necessary follow-up, or meet legal retention requirements. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, a copy, deletion, withdrawal of consent, restriction of processing, or object or complain. We cannot remotely access or recover content held only on your device, but can help you use the app’s local controls.
Contact the email address below to make a request. We may reasonably verify that it relates to the relevant records. We generally respond or explain progress within fifteen working days. If a legal exception prevents fulfillment, we will explain why.
The app is not designed specifically for children. Minors should review this policy, use websites, and make purchases with a guardian’s guidance. Children under fourteen should use the app or provide information to us only with a guardian’s consent and guidance, subject to applicable local requirements. Guardians who believe a child has sent personal information without consent can contact us for appropriate action.
We will update this policy as functions or information handling change, identifying its update and effective dates. Material changes to purposes, information types, recipients, or your rights will be highlighted through an in-app notice or another appropriate means, with separate consent where required. This policy does not replace necessary authorization.
